Seaking captures the full-spectrum power of wildcrafted sea moss in a single daily capsule — combining Chondrus Crispus with clove (Syzygium Aromaticum), bladderwrack (Fucus Vesiculosus), kelp (Laminariales), and chlorella. How to Use
Take 2 capsules each morning with at least 500ml of spring water.

Iodine Content
Approx. 75 micrograms of iodine per capsule; 150 micrograms per 2 capsules.
Do not exceed the stated dosage. The recommended dietary iodine intake for adults aged 19+ is 150 micrograms per day, rising to 220 micrograms for pregnant women and 290 micrograms for lactating women.
