Plant Constituents:
Chondrus crispus carries carrageenans, the gelling polysaccharides of the red seaweeds, along with naturally occurring minerals and trace elements. Elderberry and the hibiscus calyx carry anthocyanins, the dark plant pigments.
Botanical History
Chondrus crispus is a red alga of the family Gigartinaceae. It grows on rock along the cold Atlantic shores of Europe and North America, between the tide lines and just below them. The living fronds are flat and fan out into forked tips, deep purple red to green depending on the light they grow in. In Ireland it is known as carrageen, and the name carrageenan, the family of gelling polysaccharides drawn from red seaweeds, comes from that Irish name for the weed. The red algae are among the oldest multicellular lineages known, with fossils dated to more than a billion years.
Elder is a European shrub whose creamy, flat-topped summer flowerheads give way to hanging clusters of small dark berries, long cooked into cordials, wines and preserves. Baobab is the fruit of the swollen trunked baobab trees of the African savannah, a hard velvety pod holding a pale pulp that dries on the branch before it is milled to powder. Hibiscus belongs to the mallow family, Malvaceae, and it is the calyx, the cup of sepals left behind the flower, that dries to a deep crimson and is brewed as a tart red drink across the tropics.
Safety Note: This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not exceed 2 capsules per day. Sea moss naturally contains iodine, and intake should be considered alongside iodine from other dietary sources. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking thyroid medication or blood thinners, or have a thyroid or medical condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Powerful
Been using it for 4/5 years now. Always been physically fit but since using Seamoss regularly, I’ve never felt fitter, healthier and more switched on than I do now. I recommend it to people I do and don’t know on a daily basis 😂👍🏻
