At Herbase, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Returns Eligibility:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged product upon arrival

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
